Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Prepare three bowls for breading.
Place flour in the first bowl.
Beat eggs in the second bowl.
Add panko breadcrumbs to the third bowl.
Dip each chicken piece in flour.
Coat it in the beaten eggs.
Roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket.
Spray lightly with cooking oil.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken pieces halfway through cooking.
Continue cooking for another 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked chicken or toss to coat.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
