- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) so it’s hot and ready to crisp the bacon evenly.
- Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap for best airflow.
- If desired, lightly mist the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking, especially with leaner cuts.
- Slide the basket into the air fryer and cook for about 8 minutes, checking halfway to ensure even browning.
- After 8 minutes, flip the slices with tongs so each side crisps uniformly.
- Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes, adjusting based on thickness and your preferred crispiness.
- When the bacon is deep golden and crackly, carefully remove it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Enjoy warm immediately for best texture or let cool slightly if using in other dishes.
