Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine into a smooth sauce
Reduce heat to low and let the curry simmer gently for 10–15 minutes
Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked
Taste and adjust salt if needed
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving
