Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry about 8–10 oz, thawed – provides a flaky, buttery base
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into small cubes (about ½ inch pieces) – creamy and slightly tangy filling
  • ½ cup peach preserves or peach jam – adds natural sweetness and glossy finish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and gently smooth out any folds
  3. Cut the pastry into small squares, about 2 inches each
  4. Place the pastry squares onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them
  5. Add one cube of brie cheese to the center of each square
  6. Spoon a small amount of peach preserves on top of each brie cube
  7. Lightly press the filling into the pastry without tearing it
  8. Optionally pinch corners slightly toward the center for a rustic shape
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving
