Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat waffle maker until fully heated
  2. Crack egg into a small mixing bowl
  3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. Sprinkle almond flour into the mixture
  5. Stir gently until fully combined
  6. Lightly grease waffle maker if needed
  7. Pour mixture into waffle maker center
  8. Close lid and cook until golden and crisp
  9. Remove carefully once fully cooked
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving
