Ingredients
  

Avocado Bread
  • 1 ripe avocado – provides creamy texture and healthy fats
  • 1 large egg – binds the ingredients together
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – gives structure and cheesy flavor
Optional Seasonings
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder – adds savory flavor
  • Pinch of salt – enhances taste
  • Everything bagel seasoning – adds crunch and seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  4. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the egg to the bowl.
  6. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Mash and mix the ingredients until fully combined.
  8. Divide the mixture into 3–4 portions.
  9. Place portions onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  10. Use a spoon to flatten them into small round bread shapes.
  11. Sprinkle optional seasonings if desired.
  12. Bake for about 18–20 minutes until golden around the edges.
  13. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
