Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place shredded mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave the cheese for about 1–2 minutes until melted.
Add almond flour to a mixing bowl.
Pour the melted cheese into the almond flour.
Mix well until a thick dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll the dough thin, about ⅛ inch thick.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut triangle shapes.
Transfer the triangles to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden.
Let the chips cool completely so they become crispy.
Serve with guacamole, salsa, or cheese dip.
