  • 1/4 teaspoon  xanthan gum
  • 6 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour, for kneading dough
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • coarse salt, for topping
Mustard Sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard

Method
 

  1. Gather and prep ingredients before you begin. Make sure everything is measured and ready to go for a smooth process.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and xanthan gum until fully blended. This forms the dry base for your dough.
